Consultation
During your initial consultation, we will measure your space's square footage, provide a price estimate, and determine the best scheduling window to clear the area of people and animals for the aerosolized hydrogen peroxide service.
Pre-arrival checklist
To ensure maximum disinfection effectiveness and safety, please complete the following steps before our team arrives:

Clean & Wipe: Clear your space of physical dirt and debris, and wipe down surfaces.

Caution: If using cleaners containing vinegar,bleach and ammonia, rinse thoroughly

Remove Sensitive Items: Remove all kitty litter, dry dog food,dry goods and antiques from the treatment area.

Clear Food: While our process is completely food-safe, please remove any exposed food items.

Vacate the Space: Ensure all people and animals are ready to leave the premises during the service.
Fogging & Contact Time
During the fogging and contact phase, we position the robot in the doorway to release a precise 30-to-90-second dry fog tailored to your room's size. When fogging is finished, we close the door, leaving the space undisturbed so the solution can fully neutralize all pathogens. This is called Contact time.
Ventilation Phase
After the contact time is complete, the smart robot calculations allows for fresh air circulation or HVAC ventilation before re-entering. This part of the treatment takes under 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the room.
Pricing
Each room is measured by square feet to calculate the combined price for the entire space.

Service Agreement & Client Policies
To ensure maximum disinfection effectiveness and safety, both parties agree to the following terms:

Initial Consultation: We will measure the exact square footage of your space to calculate a combined total price and establish a safe scheduling window.

Pricing & Ongoing Payment: One-time treatments are billed at 12 cents per square foot, while continuing treatments are discounted down to 6-9 cents per square foot. Depending on frequency of the service.

Client Preparation Responsibilities: The client agrees to complete the Pre-Arrival Checklist before our team arrives. This includes clearing physical dirt/debris, wiping down surfaces, removing kitty litter and antiques, and clearing exposed food.

Safety & Vacating the Space: No people or animals may be present in the treatment area during service. Doors must remain closed, and re-entry is strictly prohibited for 15 to 30 minutes post-fogging (depending on room size) until the dry fog has safely dissipated.
